Tortuga is a colourful, easygoing beach bar set on Garoda road oposite Kobe resort and Garoda beach, one of the most beautiful stretches of sand in Watamu. Cold drinks and the beach closeby. It has built its reputation largely on social media, where it comes across as a fun, sociable spot for a daytime drink or a sundowner and great seafood. If you're after a relaxed, unpretentious place to pause after the beach, this is that kind of address.
